You are the one we miss!

  • As Office & Project Assistant you act as the right hand of our Studio Lead and take over activities in the areas of office and project management
  • You are jointly responsible for the office management at our location in Berlin
  • You are the contact person for the employees in all organizational matters
  • You support the onboarding and offboarding of our new colleagues
  • You welcome our external guests and applicants and give them a first positive impression of our company
  • On the other hand, you will support the project management team with time and budget planning, as well as with quotations, proof of services and invoices for various digital customer projects
  • Your confident handling of the common MS Office applications, as well as ideally experience in working with Jira and Confluence, will make daily project planning easier for you
  • You count structuredness, empathy, and a high level of communication skills among your strengths
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar qualifications
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • As a contact person in the Berlin denkwerk, mobile working is not possible in this position, because you are in daily contact with the trades on site, take orders and coordinate the process with external service providers
