Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

• We are looking for you, with a passion for digital marketing and a love for working with numbers
• You will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising our PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Your tasks include the conception, implementation and optimisation of SEA and social media campaigns
• You will skilfully carry out various analyses and reports on campaign performance, which you will interpret and derive specific measures from
• You develop and carry out A/B tests to continuously optimise our products and processes
• You are keen to work closely with the creative, editorial and marketing teams
• You have at least one year of experience in performance marketing and very good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Initial experience in SEO and analytics is an advantage
• You are characterised by initiative, structure, analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
• You have a very good German and English skills

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will support exciting client projects and work closely with the strategy, content, SEO, SEA and technology departments. We create unique digital products for various clients such as Congstar, DeepL, ESPRIT, Mainova, Microsoft, Motel One, STIEBEL ELTRON and STORCK.
