How you get involved

  • You will be responsible for the administrative part of the team, including absenteeism management, preparation of contracts and references, processing of entries and exits, and parental leave planning
  • You accompany onboarding and personnel development meetings
  • The well-being of the employees is important to you, so you have an open ear for all concerns and deal with the requests in a motivated and solution-oriented manner
  • It would be nice if you have experience with personnel tools and have possibly even accompanied an implementation

You have

  • With a successfully completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree in a relevant field of study, in each case also gladly with further training as a personnel officer or as a personnel manager
  • At least two years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of labor and social security law issues
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Structured thinking, accurate work and good communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
