How you get involved

  • You develop concepts together with our clients in order to transfer complex business models into a digital medium

  • You devise impressive product visions together with our strategic planners and service designers

  • You develop products independently and for the long run based on your user-centered method kit

  • From the initial idea to the finished product, you are passionate about finding solutions with real value for users

  • You manage complex and extensive projects in terms of content and always have project objectives in mind even when changing requirements

  • You share your knowledge in interaction design / design thinking and experience design methods throughout denkwerk

You have

  • A University degree in service design, (user) experience design, human-centered design, media system design or a comparable course of study

  • Ideally first practical experience as an experience designer in product development

  • Deep interest in design processes and methodologies

  • Methodological competence and confident use of design tools, expertise in all experience design areas as well as a keen sense of usability and visual design

  • Agile processes as well as classical project structures are no foreign concepts to you

  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating your design expertise, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

  • A good sense for compelling concepts due to excellent (user) experience which is seamlessly defined and conveyed through wireframes, user flows, paper sketches or prototypes which have been validated in usability tests

  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
