You have

  • A university degree in service design, information design, communications design, human computer interaction or a comparable course of study

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in service design, (user) experience design or human-centered design

  • A drive for innovation, an affinity for technology, attention to detail and high quality standards

  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating your (user) experience expertise, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Profound methodological competence and confident use of design tool
