You support our office team at the reception and take over various organizational and administrative tasks
You are the bridge between the denkwerk office and the remote employees
Your tasks include processing incoming and outgoing mail, taking care of the rented space, looking after the car fleet and ordering office supplies as well as any other equipment needed for everyday office work
You are a competent contact person on the phone and support the other teams, for example by doing internet research
You take care of the booking of training courses, including language courses
A completed apprenticeship, e.g. in the commercial field, as a hotel manager or similar qualifications
First experience in the field of front office / reception is desirable
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Organizational talent and a structured way of working
Confident, friendly appearance and excellent communication skills
High degree of flexibility, commitment and ability to work under pressure - even in stressful situations
Reliability and ability to work in a team

Very good German and good English skills
