How you get involved

  • Planning, coordination and organization of medium and large projects

  • Management of several complex projects, starting with the analysis, the preparation of offers and contract negotiations, the conception, design and implementation up to the final quality control

  • Coordination of the project teams, creation of project plans and you are also responsible for time and budget planning, as well as success and accounting control

  • Existing customer development in digital projects

  • Preparation and presentation in customer meetings - experience in moderating would be a benefit

You have

  • Corresponding, successfully completed degree

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in design/digital agencies or IT companies

  • Entrepreneurial thinking with a clear view of budgets and deadlines

  • You place great value on close collaboration in an interdisciplinary team

  • Agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies, ideally you can prove this experience with a certificate

  • Willingness to travel, both to customers and to the other denkwerk locations

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
