From the initial idea to the finished product, you'll be passionate about ensuring that all concept and design decisions take into account the needs of both users and our clients' businesses
You are an integral part of our research activities, and use the user understanding gained to derive ideas and recommendations for action
Formulating clear hypotheses and propositions, illustrating complex systems and processes, and synthesizing diverse information will be part of your daily work
You involve the stakeholders on the client side in our design process, react constructively to their feedback and present the ideas and work results also sometimes on top management level
You not only share your knowledge and passion around innovation, experience design methods and design / system / future thinking at denkwerk, but also actively contribute to the further development and learning process of your team
Completed university studies in the fields of experience design, service design or comparable courses of study
3+ years of experience in comparable roles as a strategic designer as well as in the strategic development of new services and products in close customer contact
Methodological competence and confident use of design tools, expertise in all experience design disciplines, and a very good feel for interaction design and visual design
An infectious passion for creativity, innovation and technology and the intelligence to make it happen
The ability to build trust within the team and in front of clients, make thoughtful decisions, stand up for them, and deliver them in breakthrough presentations (Keynote / PowePoint)
You feel comfortable in agile processes as well as in more traditional project structures
Willingness to travel, both to customers and to the other denkwerk locations
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills and a convincing appearance in front of our customers
