How you get involved

  • As Talent Manager with focus on payroll you will support our team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 1 year

  • You are mainly responsible for the preparation and execution of the monthly payroll using NAPA3

  • In addition, you will be responsible for correspondence with institutions such as health insurance companies and pension insurance providers

  • You will advise our employees on personnel and payroll-related issues

  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the preparation of various personnel statistics

You have

  • Completed university degree or commercial training

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources management

  • Sound experience in payroll accounting, ideally using NAPA3

  • Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law

  • Experience in HR controlling is an advantage

  • Professional user skills in MS Office

  • Independent, structured and accurate way of working as well as good cooperation in a team

  • Very good German and good English skills
