How you get involved

  • Your range of duties comprises the lead management of several complex projects, including analysis, proposal preparation and contract negotiation, conception, design and implementation, and through to the final quality control

  • You coordinate project teams, create project plans, and are responsible for both time and budget planning as well as monitoring performance and accounting

  • Your focal points including achieving the highest possible qualitative standards and contributing to creating long-term client relationships

You have

  • A completed degree in a relevant field

  • At least five years of professional experience, preferably in a design/digital agency or IT company

  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a clear view of budgets and deadlines

  • Strong motivation to have your co-workers' backs

  • An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies, ideally you can prove this experience with a certificate

  • Willingness to travel, both to customers and to the other denkwerk locations

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
