You will accompany personnel development meetings and compile various personnel statistics
You will be responsible for the coordination of the daily business and at the same time you will be actively involved in all administrative personnel tasks whilst sticking to deadlines
With your sound knowledge of labour law and company pension schemes you are a contact person for employees and managers alike
You already have experience in payroll and can support in daily business and act as a vacation representative
Completed studies or completed commercial training with further training to become a personnel manager
At least 4-5 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an agency
Secure use of common MS Office programs, especially Excel
Structured thinking, precise work and good communication skills
Very good German and very good English skills
