How you get involved

  • Part-time you support our Talent Management team as a parental leave representative in the daily business

  • You will take over the administrative part in the team, including absence management, contract and certificate preparation, processing of entries and exits and parental leave planning

  • You accompany onboarding as well as personnel development meetings

  • Through experience in payroll, you will support the daily business and act as a vacation representative

  • The well-being of the employees lies close to your heart, so you always have an open ear for all concerns and solve enquiries motivated and solution-oriented

You have

  • Completed commercial training or successfully completed studies, further training to become a personnel manager is a plus

  • At least two years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an agency

  • Understanding of labor and social security law issues

  • Secure use of common MS Office programs, especially Excel

  • Structured thinking, precise work and good communication skills

  • Very good German and good English skills
