What do Cologne-based digital agency denkwerk and Nuremberg-based Teambank's flagship product – easyCredit – have in common? The idea of developing innovative solutions, establishing them on the market and always keeping customer needs in mind.
Liquidity management rethought
Finances are dynamic. This means that banks have to adapt to the wishes and needs of their customers all the more quickly. To be able to do this, innovative approaches are needed that focus on customer needs. Such user-centered solutions are part of a holistic brand strategy for which TeamBank in Nuremberg asked us. In close coordination, we developed the brand communication for the "easyCredit" brand – completed by the production of moving images and an out-of-home campaign. Establishing these user-centric solutions on the market follows as a further step in the holistic brand strategy.
Our teams, consisting of technology, marketing and customer experience, worked together with the client on the idea of a new liquidity management for easyCredit. denkwerk is in the lead for the entire cross-channel campaign.

As a product, easyCredit is not just any loan. The easyCredit vision envisions responsible lending that protects against overindebtedness. Flexible, independent and secure.
Free ride for the creative minds
We wanted it to be authentic, customer-oriented, bold and colorful – just like our motto "Create Positive Change". Goodbye classic advertising. Hello to something completely new! No sooner said than done! The entire campaign was produced with our partner, StudioSeidel from Munich. Florian Seidel was the director. The newly developed sonic branding was penned by TRO Düsseldorf. An enrichment on all levels.
Cross-media campaign at a glance
The communication campaign includes a 20-second TV spot, a 30-second and seven 20-second spots for online motion picture channels, retargeting and audio ads, as well as countless other assets, which are used from social media to Out Of Home and store décor. They are addressed precisely to clearly defined focus target groups.
The slogan: I can. You can. He, she, it can. Expanding the financial scope. We can all draw down money.
