The wellbeing of our colleagues is extremely important to us. And we’re not just saying that for the sake of it, it’s part and parcel of our corporate culture. We are convinced that mental and physical health are the key to a productive way of working and a healthy lifestyle.
Together with various partners, we focus – among other things – on mindfulness and health-related fitness. In previous years, partners such as BARMER have helped us to beat our inner couch potato and get moving! Striking a healthy work-life balance and preventing back pain: this is what we are committed to for our 220 employees and we hope to see plenty of active cooperation within the teams.
At our four locations in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg and Munich, we focus on the positive aspects of exercise – with mindfulness apps like 7mind, for example. Yoga and Pilates classes, as well as outdoor sports at the individual locations, have always proven very popular – and offered a place for our employees to let off steam and stay fit. Courses and presentations at our Health Days on various topics such as back fitness and nutrition, as well as sleep hygiene, rounded off the program. As you can see, we have already started a lot of different initiatives, but recently we also started thinking about how we can bring them all together.

What exactly does it look like? From the first day of your membership, you will have the opportunity to register for the appropriate sports package on our corporate landing page. denkwerk subsidizes the M rate, for example. This means that our employees only have to cover 1/6 of the regular monthly membership fee themselves. More than 7,500 sporting activities are already available. For even more relaxation in the form of massages or sauna sessions, you can opt for the L tariff. With the XL tariff, the plan includes eight EMS trainings a month. This kind of training strengthens the back muscles in 20-minute sessions. And if that doesn’t beat your inner couch potato, then we don’t know what will! But that’s not all! If you prefer sauna sessions or massages in winter and running laps around the park in spring, then simply change the rate every month. With this initiative, we are offering the perfect balance and motivation for everyone who draws strength and energy from exercise and sporting activity.
