You are the one we miss!

  • We are looking for developers who can transform existing legacy systems into modern software architecture
  • You have sound professional experience of at least 4-5 years in an agency or IT environment
  • You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 5 person strong developer team and help to continuously develop and expand it through your support
  • You are familiar with modern frontend frameworks (such as NextJS, NuxtJS, Vue, SvelteKit)
  • You follow current developments in SSR (server-side rendering) and CSR (client-side rendering) and know the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches
  • You have experience with both classic CMS systems (TYPO3 or similar) and modern headless CMS (Storyblok, Contentful, Strapi or similar)
  • You know how CI/CD pipelines work and use them to make your day-to-day work easier
  • You are familiar with the development of APIs or backend-for-frontends
  • You have an agile mindset and enjoy working with other developers to find the best solution
  • You like to work in flat hierarchies and enjoy supporting junior colleagues in their further development
  • You have a very good German and English skills

What to expect in the application process

  • 1st interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
  • 2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two denkwerk participants
  • In our interviews, both the professional and human denkwerk fit are highlighted
  • Should a CoderPad Challenge come your way, we will let you know in advance
  • After the two interviews, if the feedback is positive, a telephone offer conversation will follow
