You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing mid-size and large projects
Your range of duties comprises the lead management of several complex projects, including analysis, proposal preparation and contract negotiation, conception, design and implementation, and through to the final quality control
You coordinate project teams, create project plans, and are responsible for both time and budget planning as well as monitoring performance and accounting
Your focal points include achieving the highest possible qualitative standards and contributing to creating long-term client relationships
A completed degree in a relevant field
Several years of professional experience, peferably in a design/digital agency or IT company
Entrepreneurial mentality with a clear view of budgets and deadlines
Agile mindset and experience with agile methods, ideally you can prove these experiences with a certificate
Willingness to travel, both to customers and to the other denkwerk locations
Excellent written and oral German and English skills
