How you get involved

  • You inspire and win new talents for denkwerk

  • You coordinate requirement profiles with our executives and develop suitable search strategies, using all relevant recruiting channels, from direct approaches to social media platforms

  • You accompany job interviews and act as a contact person for managers and employees in all recruiting-relevant issues

You have

  • A successfully completed degree in a relevant field of study, such as economics or business psychology

  • First professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a (digital) agency or an IT company

  • Experience with Preescreen or a similar applicant management tool is an advantage

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
