You coordinate requirement profiles with our executives and develop suitable search strategies, using all relevant recruiting channels, from direct approaches to social media platforms
You accompany job interviews and act as a contact person for managers and employees in all recruiting-relevant issues
A successfully completed degree in a relevant field of study, such as economics or business psychology
First professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a (digital) agency or an IT company
Experience with Preescreen or a similar applicant management tool is an advantage
Independent and structured way of working
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
