  • You have experience in strategic brand management and positioning as well as in strategic communication planning from larger projects in an agency environment
  • You are one of the most important contacts for our clients
  • In close collaboration with your colleagues from strategy, you support the development of sophisticated creative briefs for our creative and design teams, promoting effective communication and inspiring brand appearances
  • You have strong verbal and written expression and creative writing skills
  • You are well versed in the planning and preparation of workshops and are proficient in the use of tools such as Keynote / PowerPoint, best for planning and miro
  • You have the ability to build trust in the team and with customers, make well thought-out decisions, stand up for them and present them in compelling presentations
  • You count analytical and unconventional thinking as well as an interest in people among your strengths and use them to identify relevant insights and make well-founded decisions
  • You have the ability to get to the heart of complex issues
  • You have a very good German and English skills

What to expect in the application process

  • 1st interview: ~1 hour, mostly online with two participants from denkwerk
  • 2nd interview: ~1 hour, preferably on site with two denkwerk participants
  • In our interviews, both the professional and human denkwerk fit are highlighted
  • Should a case study or similar come your way, we will let you know in advance
  • After the two interviews, if the feedback is positive, a telephone offer conversation will follow
  • We aim for quick feedback loops: if you are still missing feedback, please contact us proactively!

Why denkwerk?

You will be part of the strategy team and will always be in close contact with your colleagues on projects, and this between all locations. As a Strategist, you will accompany exciting client projects around the topics of brand and communication strategy as well as business and transformation strategy.
